Multiple Choice Scores Answer Display doesn't line up correctly

The answers for Multiple Choice questions do not line up with their radio buttons. To reproduce:

1) Create a test with 1 multiple choice question
2) As student, take the assignment and submit
3) As instructor, go to the scores page and click the user's name to view their answers
4) The question answers are not inline with the radio button (see screenshot)

This is really bad for 2.9.x and slightly bad for trunk
