Samigo -> Question Pools -> Transfer Ownership
In the 2.9 implementation, when you select a pool which has any number of sub-pools, all sub-pools are automatically checked and the checkboxes for them are disabled to force transfer of all child pools with the parent pool.
This functionality is broken in 10.x/11.
