The way i´m going to solve this is similar to but for non published assessments.
When saving settings if the retract date and autosubmit option (autosubmit needs the retract date) are not selected the date value for the retract date is set to null.
Even if the retract date is null in DB, SAMIGO is showing a default date when you open the settings, i don´t know why, that could be a different ticket.
The important thing is that if you publish an asessment with a null retract date (in DB), the retract date in the published assessment should be null too.
Similar to but for non-published assessment.
Now you can reach a state where you have the "No, not after due date" selected and a date in the retract date field.
The problem is (as described in ) that if the retract date exists for a published assessment:
In the panel before taking the assessment the retract date appears even if the the option is not selected.
If there is less than 30 minutes to finish the examen a panel will appear before taking the assessment (see photos).
In my opinion, the Retract Date should be set to null (in database) when the user select "No, until due date" and save the settings.
