MathJax cannot be rendered when the student takes the assessment via URL

Description

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Activate MathJax within the Test&Quizzes tool.
2. Publish an assessment which contains any math formula typed in Latex .
3. Any student takes that assessment via URL.
4. The math expression typed in Latex is not rendered by MathJax.

Works fine.
Tested on sakai-trunk.atica.um.es

because the property portal.mathjax.enabled=true is not active in nightly
