The FCKEditor needs to have the ability to be sized as well (used for Short Answer).

Hi Alejandro, I don't see a patch attached to this JIRA.
There are some resolutions for browsers where the size minimum and maximum can vary greatly for a textArea control on test & quiz (samigo). To solve that, this patch changes the properties of textarea control. It supports Firefox 3.6.x and IE7
