Option label should be aligned with radio button in MC delivery

We have found that in MC question options that take up more then one line each that students often get confused because the radio button often does not line up with the option label, this is easily fixed, see attached patch.

The only potential issue I see with this is that I'm unsure of the purpose of the rendered attribute for the outputText that puts out the '.'
