Add samigo.autoSubmit.enabled to default sakai.properties

Description

  1. — Samigo Automatic Submission feature —

  2. Set samigo.autoSubmit.enabled = true to enable Automatic Submission feature. (Default is false).
    samigo.autoSubmit.enabled=true

Pushed this one back as we probably won't have it enabled in time by default for Sakai 12. But we can still include more information in the documentation, as this is auto-running on nightlies.

The way the documentation is set up is that it shows default (in this case false), then it shows how you can change the default to something else. This jira is not yet resolved as there were a variety of things needed to fix it (property changes, sql scripts and quartz auto scheduler)

Currently still in the properties file as: 

  1. See sam/docs/auto_submit/README.autoSubmit.txt for instructions.

  2. DEFAULT: false (no auto submit feature)

  3. samigo.autoSubmit.enabled=true

This appears to mean that it is enabled by default even though it says the default is "false"?
