Add Attachment clears choices in MC questions when first created

To produce:
1. Create an assessment, insert a MC question (either single or multiple correct)
2. Fill in everything in the page, including all choices and select correct choices
3. Click "Add Attachments" to add an attachment to the question.
4. Now, look at your previous entry: Everything is still there except choices are gone.

This only happens for Multiple Choice single correct and Multiple Choice, multiple correct.
