Question Progress drawer overlaps large images

Description

The Question Progress drawer overlaps question content (large images) when opened. When the drawer opens, the space below it is white also - see attached video

To Reproduce:

  1. Create an assessment

  2. Add a large image

  3. Publish the assessment

  4. As a student, take the assessment

  5. Viewing the Hot Spot question, open the Question Progress drawer - note the white space below

This is still showing up on Sakai 12 but the white portion below the "progress box" does not stay, would we consider this an issue still (granted I feel like it looks tacky but it does not prevent the user from proceeding or using the tool)?
