Feel free to revert this from 22.x or consider merging .
I tested this in our 22.x and looks consistent, so we’re going to keep it as a local patch because I see several Jiras related to this issue that are not reproducible anymore or maybe there were reported under an unstable version, I’m confused because I tried to reproduce them without success.
We basically have these two Jiras in our 22.x instance, this cannot be evaluated without the other one, so we need both or none of them.

David finished his internship in EDF and he went to the university, that’s the reason I did not get this notification earlier.

There is no link available to view submissions in Lessons after the quiz has been submitted. There is only the button on the confirmation page, which does display the results, but once back on the Lessons page, the only way to see feedback is through T&Q.
To reproduce the bug, follow the next steps:
Create an assessment with at least one question. Configure the assessment with feedback "feedback on submission" and
check all the feedback options.
Publish the assessment.
Inside Lessonsbuilder tool, link to test or quiz and select the assessment.
Now, if a student tries to take the assessment from lessonbuilder, he/she cannot see the results of the assessment.
On the contrary, if he/she tries to take the assessment anonymously, for example putting the url in the browser, he/she can see the results of the assessment.
