Reset to Default Grading Logic doesn't reset negative point value to 0

Description

Clicking the Reset to Default Grading Logic unselects negative point and partial credit radio buttons, but doesn't change the negative point value back to 0

To Reproduce:

  1. Create a multiple choice question

  2. Enter an answer point value

  3. Enable negative point marking, enter a negative point value

  4. Click Reset to Default Grading Logic

This will be needing addition testing to validate that it is still an issue.

Seems like a whole lot of related issues on Negative point option. Linking to one of them. SAM-2852. In fact, maybe this issue can be closed and be considered as incorporated in SAM-2852?

The student will still be shown that negative points will be used for incorrect answers. I don't think the points are taken off based on result patterns from other negative point testing, but I haven't actually checked this scenario.

Does it apply the negative point value though? In other words, is this a display error or does it functionally still take off negative points if you get it wrong, when it shouldn't?

(either is a bug, but the latter case sounds like a blocker to me).
