Spaces needed after colons

Description

When there's a preset word followed by a colon, such as "Feedback:", whatever follows the colon should be separated from it by a space. For example:

Feedback: Excellent work!

When I created a quiz, there were no spaces after the colons. It's not huge, but it does look like a page riddled with typos when the student views their feedback.

I believe UVA has fixed this locally for certain types of questions (checking right now, it looks like we have it fixed for question types EXCEPT calculated question).  Will need to verify which ones are still affected locally for contribution.

Affects BOTH student feedback and instructor Scores screens for individual student submission.  3 Methods of access to view should be verified:

  1. Instructor: Published Copies > Scores > select student

  2. Instructor: User Activity Report > select student > select submission

  3. *Student:* Feedback
