1. Create a Question pool
2. Add a question to the question pool, put an attachment in the question.
3. Create an assessment.
4. Edit Part 1 of the assessment and Select "Random draw from question pool"
5. Draw questions from the question pool you created in Step 1.
6. Save
7. Export the assessment and select "Content Packaging"
8. Open the .zip
9. There is no attachments inside
