GB and Test and Quizzes tool does not match on score for timed assessment that has been retracted.

This is a rare case where a timed assesssment has been retracted when student is still taking the timed test. Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a timed assessment that have time after the retracted time: timed: 5 minutes and set retract time will be in 3 minutes that send to gradebook
2. As a student, take the assessment before it is retracted and let the time on until end time

You will see the message: "Your session has expired". Click "OK" you will see the screen that displayed:

Assessment is no longer available
[missing key: isRetracted]
Retract Date: ........
----> What is "[missing key..."? It should not be there.

Now, go back to the assessment, you will see the score is still recorded even it is auto submit after the retracted date.
However, Gradebook does not show score for this student while in Grading and student submitted view have recorded the score.
The issue is:
Should it still autosubmit score while the assessment is already retracted?
If it should not then the score should not be recorded in grading page in admin view and in submitted assessment in student view. If it should still then the GB score should be updated the score for that student.

So far I see the mismatch between grade book and grading just happens for this case: auto timed assessment after retracted date.
