You have to set {{-Dsakai.demo=true as a JAVA_OPT to have academic terms populated locally or you have to add them to the database. See }}Tomcat Configuration at https://github.com/sakaiproject/sakai/wiki/Quick-Start-from-Source

Academic terms is Not Populated.
*While Creating Site From Archieve the Academic Terms Is not Populated (Since it is Mandatory ).I need Some help.The Server is Running in my Localhost
