Title Overlaps with the Title Name in Syllabus tool

Description

In Syllabus tool, when we click on the Bulk Edit, in the page that opens we see Edit Details options. When we click Edit Details button, the CKEditor opens wherein the Title Overlaps with the Title Name.

Tested on 13x nightly

Verified on the edit details screen within bulk edit that the title and text box does not overlap

It looks like this class was renamed to syllabuaLabel but never applied to anything anymore. I'm not seeing any negatives with just adding it back. It looks like it was removed and changed around for some reason in SAK-30973.
