Calendar Summary start-of-week problem in week view

Description

If there is an event on sunday the mini calendar won't show. See test plan.

See attached screenshoots from 13.x nightly.

I didn't even know there was an option to change the start of week. On a related issue, I feel like this preference should be available to all users with the language taking the default, otherwise this seems less likely to be tested.
