Messages attachment and replied to column missing

Description

In a course, send a message with an attachment. The recipient should reply to that message. The message should then have the paperclip icon for the attachment and the replied to icon. Neither are appearing, and the column headings for those items are empty. 

In the screenshot, the "Can you see me" message has an attachment and was replied to.

Looks like this is a regression from the fix you did too. Would you just recommend a local override for this like assignments?

Hmm, they're still there.

It looks like defaults.css has an img max-width: 100% that's removing these via SAK-31978.

These should "probably" be converted to font awesome though but this can be fixed.

Would be good to test compared to 11. and master (13). Might be incorporated. Probably needs retesting on 12 too!
