The Sakai property has been renamed from "portal.experimental.addmoretools" to "portal.addmoretools.enable".
Legacy property supported for organizations using the experimental property.
Added an icon, fa-plus icon from font-awesome (Class was not defined in CSS).
Changed the order in the left hand side menu, now "Add Tools" button is shown before "Help" button.
