Description
When deploying an LTI tool it's helpful to allow people to add the tool simply with the Manage Tools part of Site Info without having to see the extra configuration options advanced users might want to use.
In our case we want to allow people to add the Panopto LTI tool easily to the site but want to allow some users to pass custom parameter.
The idea is to allow the custom parameters to still be edited on the setting page of the LTI tool or through the external tools interface but to hide this when first adding the tool.
Ahh, references/docs/conversion. Then you will need to modify the Sakai 12 scripts for MySQL and Oracle.

I know in the PR - I meant where in the source tree. Sorry - I just don't know the pattern.

As part of your PR

Where do I put them to be automatically found?

Ideally, that conversion script would be part of your original PR. We don't have a great process for finding new columns outside of manual database comparison.
