No indication to tell which site you are in (mobile)

Description

Listing the site name in breadcrumbs on the browser tab next to the favicon is a non-standard method for indicating which site one is viewing. A clearer indicator such as a site title, is needed.

Hi, both versions, 11.x and 12.x, have the site title placed correctly.

This is QA 11.
