Popdown information is cropped and hard to read

Description

I can reproduce on the 11.x QA server and on master.

1) Create 2 gradebook items
2) Have at least one or two sections or one or two groups.
3) Click on Forums -> More -> Grade

Hi,

Is this still a problem? I've tested on Firefox and Chrome in a trunk and I see it right (I attach some screenshots)
