Description
The subsite buttons (on LHS) should behave exactly like the tool buttons when the LHS is collapsed. The text should not be shown but should "fly-out" when the mouse is placed over the button (just like the tool buttons).
Also make the border line between the tools and subsite buttons a bit darker so that the line can be seen for subsites as well as tools.
In addition make the subsite buttons the same height as the tool buttons, at the moment they are slightly smaller.
I have fixed all the issues that Juan reported apart from the one with the extra space appearing on the LHS menu. This only occurs when there is almost no contents of a tool or site, as happens when one is testing. The grey tool menu band on the LHS stretches down as far as the page goes so there is no increase in height when the flyouts is turned on and the Subsites button is clicked. Please raise another Jira if you are not happy with this.

Juan, I've spent quite a bit of time trying to fix the three issues you mentioned on the flyouts (unwanted scrollbar, text missing and extra space after clicking) but some of the css properties are so embedded in the scss code it is proving tricky. I'll come back to it in a couple of days, hopefully with more inspiration.
