Properties for going live with Sakai 12

Description

This jira is just used to as a parent for any properties we think should be changed from their current defaults prior to the Sakai 12 release.

These will be enabled locally on the trunk servers.

All sub-tasks have to be resolved or removed as a sub-task for the parent to be resolved. Look at SAK-33650.

How do we "Resolve" this issue? Is the 'Move' option needed?

If there is anything else to do perhaps a new JIRA is in order?

One I just noticed that should probably be true is

site-manage.importoption.siteinfo=true (false by default). Allows importing for site info. It looks broken at the moment in 11 (label isn't working ) and this wasn't tested.
