No alert message is given when web link is created without any URL.

Description

1. Go to resources, in 'Actions' drop down list select 'Add web links'.
2. 'Add web links' page appears, leave 'Web Address (URL)' and 'website name' blank and click on 'Add web links now' button.

No alert message is given and a web link is created on 'Resources' page.
When u click on that link, it redirects to 'HTTP Status 404' - page.
