Description box doesnt behave like the rest of the input boxes

Description

(See screenshot.) The description box is not aligned with the rest of the input fields when in "wide" desktop mode, when the screen is made narrower and the other boxes jump to be underneath the labels then the description box is fine.

This on both the create and Modify screens
