File type icons not shown in access view of resources

Description

When looking at the view of resources using the /access servlet, none of the file type icons are set, you only ever see the default icon (see screen shots). Silk icons are supposed to be used and they are supposed to be the same icons as used in the main Resources tool. (Regression from 10.)

The access view of the resources show relevant icons for each file type.

Tested on nightly trunk server.
