"Delete" confirmation in PA System opens below visible portal, cannot scroll to it

Description

Minor issue:

When clicking the trash can icon to delete a PA system banner/popup, the confirmation dialog opens below the visible portal, without any way to scroll to it. Can still be accessed via tabbing.

Ideally, should open in the middle of the visible portal.
