Select a resource in Add Attachments in Syllabus does not work

Description

1. Login as an instructor and click on syllabus.
2. Add an item in the Syllabus using the "Add Item" Button.
3. Click on "Add Attachments" and try to select a resource.

Problem:
We cannot select a file from the resources

It works fine in QA test server on MySql Sakai 11.0-RC01. So can someone close the close this issue.
