Link Broken for Folder Details when creating folder

Description

1. Enter as Instructor
2. Go to Resources
3. For the main folder click on "Actions" and then Create Folders
4. Click on "Add another Folder"
5. Click on "Add Details for this item" in the second folder
6. Nothing happens

The link "Add Details for this item" for the first folder works though.
