I've attempted to make the Calendar tables look more like calendars in SAK-42430.

Icons are specified in the stylesheet in _calendar.scss under .icon as of Sakai 11+ (?).

Calendars in the Calendar tool are currently styled like data tables; will make them feel more like calendars.
Also, calendar icons are java-hardcoded to the 'sakai' skin; should use styles in reference instead so they can be customized.
