Create reports - non-functional dropdown icon appears in lists of selections

Description

When creating new reports, when selections can be chosen from a list (e.g. "How"), there is a static dropdown indicator in the list that is non-functional. Should be removed.

This not seems to be reproducible on 11.x in the QA server.
