Reorder Announcement. Ending date and Modified date fields missing

Description

1. Enter as instructor
2. Go to Announcements
3. Create an announcement
4. In Availability -> Specify Dates put a beginning and ending date
5. Save the announcement
6. Go to reorder Announcement
7. Ending Date and modified date are missing

Also there is a display:none "input" in the table. https://jira.sakaiproject.org/secure/attachment/48910/SAK-31057.png

I think this input is the same as the last remove column (copy & paste effect) of view tab.
