Duplicate close buttons

Description

To replicate:

1. Enter Statistics & Grading
2. Switch to Statistics & Grading by Topic
3. Select a Topic
4. Select a user.

Close window buttons appear twice. Lightbox window is too large.

As per above comment, resolving as non-issue

- could the double Close Window buttons be for convenience, so you can either a) close the window immediately when you realize it's not the right screen or b) scroll through a longer post and then close at the bottom when you're done reading? It's more apparent when there's actually text to scroll through.
