Event time format is inconsistent for events occurring Today and Tomorrow

Description

In Dashboard tool, events taking place today and tomorrow have times 9:00AM or 7:00AM. Events after tomorrow are listed as 09:00AM or 07:00AM.

To Reproduce:

  1. Add an event in Calendar tool at 8AM tomorrow

  2. Add another event the next day at 8AM

  3. Go to Dashboard, note time format
