DA check boxes appear cut off

Description

When you go to Delegated Access > Shopping Admin, the check boxes in the edit shopping period settings table look like they are cut off on the left side.

Seeing "Won't Fix" merge flag for minor issues. These won't be merged back to 11.

Tested the issue on https://trunk-mysql.nightly.sakaiproject.org/portal/, the issue is fixed.
