The default style for the dropdown menus (select) in forms is using a light gray colour (#777777), which is not appropriate and makes the options seem disabled. This PR changes the colour to $text-color.
Sure, if you look at the text in the dropdown menus for forms in Assignments or SiteStats, prior to this patch the text will appear light gray (#777777). After the patch the text should be a dark gray (#212121).

Could you provide some more information? Different dropdown menus appear to have different colors (some blue) so I'm not sure which I should be testing.
