Student profile picture not shown next to posted message

Description

Student's profile image is not visible to instructor beside messages posted by the student in a moderated forum (A3_4.0.png). Profile image is visible to student when viewed from student's account. Problem persistent after clearing cache.

Update: next day, photo appears next to post (A3_4.1.png), but after clicking Moderate, photo disappears again (A3_4.2.png). Reappearing/disappearing persistent after confirming that problem is not browser state or network connection.

To reproduce:
#log in as Instructor Role
#click Forums tool
#click on a Forum
#click on a Topic
#click on a message (posted by a student with a profile picture)

Tested on current versions of Sakai, and this no longer appears to be an issue.
