Incorporate NYU's "favorites" changes

Description

NYU has developed changes in the following areas:

  • A new "More sites" drawer that allows a user to mark sites as favorites and change their display order.

  • Modifications to the Preferences tool to change the way sites are hidden and unhidden.

  • Visual design changes for the user's dropdown menu shown at the top right.

Since these changes all stem from the modifications to favorites, I'm submitting them as a single issue and PR. I'll also attach some screenshots to show how things are looking.

A commit from this ticket (21c0baf) broke a specific piece of SAK-29138; optionally displaying a user's roster title rather than site title (in Preferences). This will be addressed in SAK-32376.

Hi ,

Jeff and I just noticed that, currently, when you add a new site to favorites, it shows up by default at the very top of the "Organize Favorites" menu (and will therefore appear in the first slot when the modal is closed).

This should probably be the reverse - newly added favorites should show up below existing favorites in the "Organize Favorites" menu, which would mean that they appear to the right of existing favorites in the sites row.

I've also just added a PR to address some mobile issues that were raised following the Morpheus call.

I've just added a small PR to address the issue of non-favorite sites not showing up the top of the screen when they're active.
