membership 'drop down lists' on Site Info > Manage Groups > Create New Groups page are not responsive

Description

if you create a group by selecting a role within the 'site member list' then pressing the '>' button then the 'group member list' on the RHS exyends off the right of the page.

The whole membership selection area is really badly formatted
