Missing drop down arrow in site tabs

Description

I don't know if this is intentional or not, but in morpheus the down arrow to drop down the tool menu is missing. I like to see if this drop down menu really improves the usability of the Sakai UI, I don't see a big problem by removing it but I think we need to get some feedback from the community in order to remove this facility.

All dropdown arrows have same name for standardization so JS won't get event for this new names.
