Description
1.We are trying to get all polls and syllabus (open & closed) of a user(trainer & learner) within a site. But existing service returns polls and syllabus with end date greater than or equal to today date.
2.We are trying to get all tests(active and inactive) of a Instructor irrespective of published or not. But existing service showing only published tests(active and inactive).
3.We are trying to get all tests (Taken an Assessment and Submitted Assessments) of a student . But existing service showing active and inactive assessment to student.
Inconsistent behaviour in keitai services when compared to sakai tool.

I don't think any work has been done under the project keitai label in a while. But I updated components anyway. It seems this is just web services. If someone did start keitai work they might need to have sub-tasks or related tasks to this one that addressed how the functionality works for various tools. (my guess).
