Single width tool pages are too narrow

Description

The single width tool pages now have a max width of 990px.
On large screens, this means that tools get cut off about halfway across the page.

This was incorporated on one of the updates, removing max-width on tool content

This is probably resolved. please retest.

I've had to add an override to my applications for this to set the max-width to be none. It would be good if this could be looked at, I don't think we should impose a limit. My screen size is 2560px wide which is not unreasonable in this modern era.
