Multiple downloads of the same file from the searching box in resources

Okay, a little tricky to reproduce, and I didn't always get the number of downloads equal to the number of clicks, but I can reproduce.

Hi Neal,
between steps 2 and 3, when the cogwheel is loading, click several times in 'All site files'.
Those clicks get accumulated and the document will be downloaded as many times as you click.

I cannot figure out how to reproduce this issue.
1) Go to resources
2) click on All Site Files
3) Put in a search term . It seems to find the file quickly as I type.
4) click on All site files
5) click on the document found.
Opens once, as expected. What do I need to do differently?
P.S. It seems only to search by title. Shouldn't it work searching by content too?

The file will be opened more than once if you previously clicked several times over "All site files" while the searching box was loading.
In Resources tool:
1. Click over "All site files"
2. While the searching box is loading click several times over "All site files"
When the loading process has finished if you click over a file in searching box to download it, you will get this file as many times as you clicked while loading.
