Profile picture is not refreshed after user changes.

Description

In Sakai 10 you can change your profile picture and automatically you are able to see your new picture in profile, now you have to force a browser reload to see it.

Steps:

1.- Go to profile.
2.- Change profile picture.
3.- You should see the new picture but still see the old one.

If you refresh the browser the new picture appears.

I can not replicate this behavior on Chromium 48.0.2564.82 on the nightly servers. I tested the behavior on the 10 maintenance branch and on the trunk branch, build cdec081f74f6922924fc89002bc5bead44bec323, and they were functionally the same.

Refreshing browser doesn't work for me, wrt showing newly uploaded picture on trunk.

Okay, so my picture did finally show up on trunk, but not on Marist QA server, so I am retrying.

I cannot get Profile picture to work at all.

On Mac/Firefox and on Mac/Chrome, I upload a profile picture (or at least I think I am) and then I log in as admin/admin to clear cache. Even that doesn't work.

Sakai trunk and Marist QA server.

I use the "Change Picture" button on the Profile tool in the empty space that is provided for a picture, correct?
