Extend Resources API to include copyright status metadata

Description

Canvas recently introduced for copyright/licensing status within their Files tool and would like us to include this metadata in the data stream for the Resources API. Indiana University is working on this task and will merge to trunk when complete.

We have added copyright status metadata in. I have attached the patch "resource_copyrightstatus_patch.txt" for review.
