fixes to jforum for Sakai 11 / morpheus

Description

I'm also reporting this to foothills. but because they don't use the normal Sakai jira, I'm recording it here for the benefit of anyone that wants to test Sakai 11.

Jforum mostly works, but a link in an iframe needs to be fixed up.

For pom changes and that change, see the attached file.

No, this is specific to Jforum. I wanted it recorded somewhere for other sites with jforum.

Should this be a PR or is it just specific for JForum (in which case is it an SAK issue at all)?
