please change sakai 11 default to inline lessons

Description

In portal/portal-impl/impl/src/java/org/sakaiproject/portal/charon/handlers/PDAHandler.java, please change IFRAME_SUPPRESS_DEFAULT by removing sakai.lessonbuildertool. The trunk version of lesson is currently being developed in Morpheus. It should be more reliable in trunk that the old iframe-based code.

The default excludes Samigo and Evalsys. In addition, Forums, Statistics and Polls don't work.

I am testing with inline off and with morpheus. I am not testing with inline but without morpheus. It will probably work, but may not look right.
