Only Me privacy settings for student info not honored

Description

Setting Profile -> Privacy -> Student Info to 'Only Me' allows anyone to view the student info.

To reproduce:

User1: Fill out the student info under My Profile
Click on Privacy
Select 'Only Me' beside Student Info

As an unconnected user, search for user1 and click on the profile link
Student info is available
