Missing spanish emailtemplates files in profile2

Description

All files for the profile2's email templates are only available in english. Therefore, if a user has chosen 'Spanish' in his preferences, he will be receiving the emails in 'English'.

Spanish files are provided in this ticket.

Doing some research, we've noticed that a change is also needed in https://source.sakaiproject.org/viewsvn/profile2/trunk/pack/src/webapp/WEB-INF/components.xml?view=markup

Should we provide also that patch?
